The store
What are your hours?
Self-serve machines: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, every day. Wash-dry-fold drop-off and pickup: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, every day. We're open every day.
Where are you located and where do I park?
22421 El Toro Rd Suite K, Lake Forest, CA 92630, in the El Toro & Trabuco center. There's free parking behind the building, right next to the rear entrance.
How can I pay?
Wash-dry-fold orders: card or cash at the counter. Self-serve machines: coins, plus app payment via PayRange on select machines. A bill change machine is on site.

How long does wash-dry-fold take?
About 36 hours from drop-off to folded-and-ready. Ask at the counter if you need it faster — when same-day is possible, we'll say so.
How much is it?
$2.00 per pound, weighed at drop-off. Comforters, pet beds, and other bulky items are priced per piece — see the pricing page for the full list.
Can you follow special washing instructions?
Yes — detergent choice, temperatures, air-dry items, folding preferences. Tell us once and we keep it on file.

Where do you pick up and deliver?
Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, south Irvine, and Trabuco Canyon.
How do I book?

Self-Serve
How big are your machines?
Washers run from 10 lb all the way up to 80 lb — the big ones comfortably handle cal-king comforters and puffy duvets that home machines can't take.
How much are the dryers?
$0.25 per 5 minutes — a dollar buys 20 minutes.
Is the store attended?
Yes. Our team keeps the store clean and helps with machines, payment apps, and anything else.
