How do I schedule a pickup?
Book online through our booking page — it takes about a minute the first time. You can also call the store and we'll set it up for you.
How is pickup & delivery priced?
The same honest per-pound wash-dry-fold pricing, weighed when your laundry reaches the store. Delivery details and any minimums are shown when you book.
How long until my laundry comes back?
Typically the same ~36-hour turnaround as in-store drop-off, plus the delivery window you choose when booking.
Do I need to be home?
No — leave the bag where you tell us (porch, lobby, side gate) and we'll return it to the same spot. You'll get updates as your order moves.
Can I set preferences like detergent or low heat?
Yes, right in the booking flow — including hypoallergenic detergent and air-dry items. Your preferences are saved for next time.
