Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is an information site. It has no accounts, no login, no contact form, and no advertising or analytics trackers. We don’t collect personal information from you when you read it.

What this site collects

Nothing you type — because there is nothing to type. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability. We don’t use that data to identify you or build a profile, and we don’t sell it.

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run a Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking on this site.

Booking and orders

When you book a pickup or place an order, that happens in our booking system provided by CleanCloud, either embedded on our booking page or on cleancloudapp.com. Information you enter there — your name, contact details, address, order details and payment information — is collected and processed by CleanCloud on our behalf so that we can fulfil your order. CleanCloud’s own privacy terms apply to that service.

We use that information to wash and return your laundry, to contact you about your order, and to keep normal business records. We do not sell it.

Other services on this site

• Our contact page embeds a Google Maps map. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when that map loads.
• Links to Google, Yelp, Facebook and Instagram take you to those companies’ own sites, where their privacy terms apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what order information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
