How your order moves through the store

Weigh-in at the counter
We weigh your bag together, note your preferences, and give you a ready-by time. Drop-off runs 7am–7pm daily.

Sort, wash, dry
Lights and darks sorted, machine and temperature matched to the fabric, dried gently — never cooked.

Fold and pack
Shirts squared, socks paired, everything packed so it survives the ride home. Ready in about 36 hours.

Wash & Fold questions
How fast will my laundry be ready?
Most wash-dry-fold orders are ready within 36 hours of drop-off. Need it sooner? Ask at the counter — we'll tell you honestly what's possible that day.
How is the price calculated?
By weight: $2.00 per pound, weighed when you drop off. Bulky items like comforters and pet beds are priced per item instead, so a puffy king comforter doesn't cost you a fortune in pounds.
Do you separate colors and follow special instructions?
Always. We sort lights and darks by default, and we'll follow your notes — hypoallergenic detergent, low-heat drying, air-dry items, hang-dry shirts — just tell us at drop-off.
What if something can't go in the dryer?
Flag it when you drop off and we'll air-dry or return it damp in a separate bag, your choice.
When can I drop off and pick up?
Our attended wash-dry-fold counter runs 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, every day, every day of the week.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — though small orders are usually more economical in our self-serve machines, and we'll tell you so at the counter.
